You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition and packaging and must not have been used. We will not accept returns for products that have been damaged by the customer or are not in their original condition.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will either send you a replacement product or issue you a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
We strive to process all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or send you a replacement product, as appropriate.

Exchange & Change of opinion:
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to send it back to us. We will provide you a return address if you send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to exchange or return.
Please be aware that the fees associated with returning your goods will be your responsibility. In this situation, shipping expenses are not refundable. You might think about getting shipment insurance or choosing a trackable delivery service. Remember that in order to return a product, it must be brand-new and in its original packing.
You may cancel your order if you like. After completing the purchase, you have 12 hours to get in touch with us. Product Never Arrived:
Our estimated shipping time is 4-5 business days for 1st Class Tracked Shipping, not counting the time for preparation and processing the order which is between 8 and 12 business days, so please if your products have not arrived in this period, give it more 5 business days. Because there are some situations we cannot control, please contact us to keep you updated. If your products have not arrived after 15 business days, we will give you a 100% refund instantly.
