At Beverable, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We offer 1st Class Tracked Shipping with an estimated transit time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days to fulfill your order before it is dispatched. Occasionally, items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered, and we will communicate any shipping delays to you.

We keep our stock in Fujian, China and all orders are dispatched from there.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@beverable.com. We will do our best to update the address for you, but please note that we may not be able to make changes after the order has been dispatched.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipment will arrive between 3-7 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
